EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA, XML, CSV – in business data exchange, everyone speaks a different language. I'm building an on-prem platform that receives messages, identifies sender and recipient, and translates everything into one common format.
The pipeline in one line: Inbound → Detect → Parse → Resolve Parties → Canonical XML → XSLT → Serialize → Outbound. Every stage is persisted, so monitoring shows exactly what happened and a message can be reprocessed when needed.
Stack: Python 3.13, lxml, SaxonC for XSLT 3.0, Postgres, FastAPI and an admin UI in Reflex.
